skvm-general drives the skvm CLI to profile models, AOT-compile skills, run ad-hoc tasks, execute benchmarks, and manage compiled proposals across heterogeneous LLM backends.

skvm-jit captures post-task evidence from a failed or confused skill execution and submits it to a background optimizer that generates a concrete proposal for skill improvements. proposals can be reviewed and selectively deployed.
