## Usage Scenarios

### Scenario 1

**User Input:** "Input my Q1 numbers: AR $85K, annual revenue $1.2M, inventory $120K, COGS $720K, AP $60K. Calculate my cash conversion cycle."

**Expected Output:** CCC = DSO (26 days) + DIO (61 days) – DPO (30 days) = 57 days. Industry benchmark comparison and bottleneck identification (DIO is high).

### Scenario 2

**User Input:** "My DSO is 45 days and it's killing my cash flow. Suggest 5 actionable ways to reduce it to 30 days."

**Expected Output:** Action plan: (1) early-payment discount 2/10 net 30, (2) invoice automation with payment links, (3) credit-check new customers, (4) require deposits >$5K orders, (5) offer ACH over checks. Each with projected DSO reduction.

### Scenario 3

**User Input:** "Model the cash-flow impact if I extend my supplier payment terms from net 30 to net 60."

**Expected Output:** Cash-flow waterfall projection: $60K freed for 30 extra days, improving monthly cash position. Risk flags: supplier relationship strain, potential price increases or loss of early-pay discounts.


### Scenario 4: 小公司现金流撑不住了
**User input:** "我开了一家20人的软件外包公司，客户回款周期平均120天，但员工工资每月15号必须发。经常账上没钱发工资。怎么优化？"
**Expected output:** 中小软件公司现金流管理——压缩应收账款：合同约定分阶段付款（30%预付+30%中期+30%验收+10%质保金），使用电子签章（法大大/e签宝）加快签订速度；延长应付账款：和供应商协商45天账期而非月结；现金流缓冲：向银行申请经营贷（中行/建行的小微快贷可线上申请，额度20-200万，利率4%左右）+支付宝网商贷备用；订单筛选：拒绝付款周期超过90天的新客户，优先接小微企业（付款快但订单小）而非大企业（付款慢但金额大）。关键：每月做13周现金流滚动预测，提前知道哪周会缺口。
