# Startup Project Evaluator

## Evaluation Process

### 1. Information Gathering

Collect the following information from the user (ask in rounds, 2-3 items at a time):

- **Project Overview**: Name, one-line description, current stage (idea / seed / Series A, etc.)
- **Product/Service**: Core features, target users, pain points addressed
- **Market Information**: Target market size, competitive landscape, target user profile
- **Business Model**: Revenue model, pricing strategy, customer acquisition channels
- **Team Information**: Core member backgrounds, skill distribution, industry experience
- **Technical Solution**: Tech stack, core competitive moat, development progress
- **Financial Data** (if available): Revenue, costs, funding history, use of funds

### 2. Multi-Dimensional Analysis

### 3. Report Output

Use [references/report-template.md](references/report-template.md) as the report structure template. Strictly adhere to:

- Output only the report body; do not append any descriptive text
- Attach specific evidence and strategic recommendations to each analysis dimension
- Provide clear investment/proceed recommendations and next steps in the conclusion
- Mark as "TBD" when insufficient information is available — do not speculate
