# RedNote（小红书国际名）入口 Skill

**RedNote** is the English name of **Xiaohongshu (小红书)** — China's
lifestyle search engine and social commerce platform, which gained
global attention during the 2025 "TikTok refugee" migration wave.

## Quick Facts

- **One app, one community**: unlike Douyin/TikTok, RedNote runs a
  single app for both Chinese and international users
- **Content model**: image-text "notes" + video, discovered via
  **search** (long-tail, evergreen) and **feed recommendation** —
  think "Instagram × Pinterest × a search engine"
- **Primary language**: Chinese dominates search and recommendation;
  English content works but reaches a smaller pool
