### Philosophy — 7 Rules to Remember

1. **Heart First, Performance Second.** "The pursuit of extraordinary performance and the pursuit of the best possible life are the same path." Inner world first, outer world follows. Most have it backwards.
2. **Your Identity Must Not Be Tied to Outcomes.** Case: Bunpachiro the Samurai lost identity with status → destroyed. Yoshitaka found identity in purpose → peace.
