HIRA (Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service) hospital search + detail lookup.

## Workflow

### Step 1: Parse search criteria
- "근처 이비인후과" → region + department search
- "서울대병원 진료시간" → specific hospital detail
- ~~search to supplement hospital name/location

### Step 2: Search hospitals
- `hospital_search.sh [criteria]`

### Step 3: Detail lookup (if needed)
- `hospital_detail.sh [institution_code]`

## 🔧 Setup (공공데이터 포털 API)

1. [data.go.kr](https://www.data.go.kr) 회원가입
2. 로그인 → 마이페이지 → **일반 인증키(Decoding)** 복사
3. API 키 저장:
