Modify file read/write/execute permissions with symbolic or octal modes.

## Quick Start

```bash
chmod-tool +x script.sh
```

## Features

- Symbolic mode (u+x, g-w)
- Octal mode (755, 644)
- Recursive (-R)

## Examples

```bash
